In relation to the previously discussed tap repair:

Today (September 10, 2024), after coming back from getting lunch around noon, I happen to encounter the same representative of management as before at the ground floor elevators. I spoke to him briefly about the fact that no one came by to repair the tap. He said that the person who was expected to perform the repair did not show up, likely due to an emergency situation. Further, he said that he had already rescheduled and served a notice for the repair, which would take place on Wednesday, September 11th.

As expected, I found the following notice in my mail slot when I got back to my apartment:
