The time is now 5:16pm, and despite altering my plans today so that I can be present for today's 'general inspection', no one has come by to perform said inspection. At least one tenant reported to me that they heard that today's inspection was cancelled. I have not heard any official communication to confirm this fact, nor do I have any information about whether today's inspection will be re-scheduled in the future.
