This morning, I received an email from the landlord and tenant board notifying me that my hearing date has been rescheduled from February 19th 2025 to January 27th 2025. Since evidence must be submitted 7 days before the hearing (January 20th in this case), this means that I now only have 12 days to submit evidence instead of the 36 days that I thought I had before today.
