This morning, I received a notice from the Landlord and Tenant Board of Ontario, that my next L2 merits hearing will be scheduled for May 26, 2025.
Today, on February 28th, 2025 I observed the following sign outside of 250 Frederick St:
On February 5th, 2025, the following letter was placed in my mail slot:
The letter states that there was a 'change in building management', however the name listed for the site manager appears to be the same as what is was previously. In addition, a new name is listed for the superintendent. Several days later, I spoke with someone in the hallway who was cleaning. I asked them if the building owner changed, and they said it was still the same owner.

An article was published that claims a decision was handed down by an adjudicator of the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) tribunal that dismissed a temporary eviction application brought by the landlord of 80 Guestville Avenue, purportedly a Michael Klein affiliated property:
On Wednesday the 29th of January, 2025 a document was added to my online tribunals portal by the LTB. The document is an endorsement that agrees to have the N13 hearings held together. The document says "The Board shall schedule all of the files noted in ‘Appendix A’ to be head together, not before March 31, 2025. ". This statement implies that the next hearing date won't be until at least March 31 , 2025 (or even April or later). At this time, the exact hearing date appears to not be scheduled yet.
Today, on January 27th 2025, I attended the 'Case Management Hearing' at the LTB. The hearing started around 9am and lasted until about noon. This hearing was very general in nature and discussed the overall topic of how to hear the many pending eviction cases here at 250 Frederick. Another hearing for the future is anticipated, however I do not yet know when this hearing will be scheduled.
Today, I observed that the exact same expired elevator license (expiring on 2024-11-30) is still present in at least one of the elevators.
