According to publicly available records on file with ServiceOntario, 250 Frederick Street Kitchener was sold by 'V. I. P. INVESTMENTS LIMITED' to '250 FREDERICK INC.' on November 15, 2023.

According to publicly available records on file with Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, The director of '250 FREDERICK INC.' is listed as 'LUDMILA KARAKULOV'.

Several days after the new owner took over, tenants were directed to send their rent payments either to '250 FREDERICK INC', or send direct deposits to the numbered company '1524256 ONTARIO LIMITED'.

According to publicly available records on file with Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, The director of '1524256 ONTARIO LIMITED' is listed as 'MICHAEL KLEIN'.
