NewsOn May 31, 2024 multiple tenants who received the first round of N13 notices reported getting a cheque through their mailslot. In one case, the tenant reported that their cheque was for approximately $3000. Tenants also received a separate note instructing them not to cash these cheques if they do not wish to leave.
A tenant in the building observed water leaking in the laundry room. According to the tenant, the incident occurred on May 28/29th.
The tenant further described the incident saying, "The water was on the floor first noticed at 5:30 and still there at 7:30. On Wednesday [Today, May 29th?] 7 a.m while washing 'after the last spin cycle' the door of the machine was open and water started pouring out of the machine and flooding the floor." Therefore, tenants of the building should be mindful of slipping hazards in the laundry room. Also, the presence of leaking water near the electrical supply of the laundry machines could present an electrical hazard. Be careful if you notice water leaking in the lanudry room, and notify building management immediately. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A tenant in the building took note of the very long grass growing around the building which looks rather unsightly. The file name of the image suggests that it was taken on May 24, 2024. I can personally confirm that this is what the exterior of the building looked like around this time. As of May 29, 2024 the lawn has been mowed, so the issue of extremely long unkempt grass has been resolved for now.

Man says parking changes put his health in danger On March 27, 2024 many (possibly all?) tenants living at 250 Frederick received a notice asking for them to pay $250 per month in parking fees. Even I personally received this notice, and I don't even own a car. The notice I received is addressed to me personally, and says "Dear Robert, Upon completion of our parking lot audit, it has come to our attention that you have a vehicle(s) occupying a parking spot(s). Your vehicle is not registered with the office, nor are you permitted a spot according to your lease agreement.". If I had a parking spot, I don't even know where it would be. I checked the parking garage, and the numbers there don't correspond to the apartment numbers in any obvious way. Other tenants who don't own cars said they received the same notice.
